Minimum Call Out Rate: $210 for 3 hours (Monday to Sat), $240 for 3 hours on Sunday. Hourly rate is per hour per person.

How dirty is the property currently

Please note the condition of the property may change the price upon inspection of the property on the day of the cleaning dependant on the size & the condition. Quotation is based on the assumption your property is in standard condition. If Upon cleaning we find the property to be in a very poor condition or there is additional cleaning required not discussed at the time of quoting, we will contact the client to inform of the additional costs applicable.

Please Note for After party cleaning, we do not offer any come-back fix guarantee, we encourage you to inspect the cleaning once completed with the cleaners onsite to ensure you are happy with the results. However we will not send cleaners back to redo any cleaning tasks after they leave as After Party Cleaning is charged on an hourly rate basis.
