I chose Mint out of others I contacted because Chris has consistently been so responsive and patiently answered all my initial questions (I’d never used a cleaning service before). Both times the Cleaners have arrived on time and done an excellent job! My bathroom is shiny and clean, the floors look great and by the time they’re done, my whole home space feels so light and airy. Due to health, I’ve had to concede I can’t do certain things for myself anymore right now, and the judgement-free support from Chris and his Cleaners is wonderful. The Cleaners are thorough, efficient, and divide and conquer appropriately and tackle things together too. They have their routine and mojo all worked out and they’re very happy to discuss any cleaning on-site if I enquire or point something out. The conversation is very friendly too. I also feel like my needs have been heard, respected and met every step of the way by the company and their Cleaners as well.
