Surcharge will be applied for properties with NO lift access at $15 to $20 per Level dependant on no. of levels.
Stain Removal will be an additional cost per treatment per stain. Price can be provided upon inspection of the stain(s). However we can not guarantee stains can be removed completely. It is responsibility of the customer to give us as much information as possible to Mint Cleaning Group in order to treat stains successfully.

Please note that this is not a booking confirmation, it is a booking request in which we will confirm our availability via reply email.
When we carry out cleaning & carpet steam cleaning on the day we will not move or touch any furniture unless client is present and moves furniture on day of cleaning. As if furniture is moved after our cleaning, most likely the area will be dirty underneath.
Please note if the property is not empty of furniture and boxes etc at time of cleaning, we will clean around the furniture and boxes. We do not move furniture around to clean during end of lease cleaning. It is not Mint Cleaning's responsibility if the property gets dirty by the removalists, client vacating property or new tenant (after or during the cleaning). If this is the case, we require the client to check the property prior to Mint Cleaning leaving the property following the completion of the end of lease clean. We suggest that cleaning should be carried out after all furniture and belongings have been removed from the property.
