Please note we do not clean between the oven door glass (inside the glass) unless the oven door is removed by the tenant/owner/agent and it is the responsibility of the tenant/owner/agent to reinstall the oven door following cleaning. Otherwise we only the outside surfaces of the glass oven door
Where oven trays have a special non-stick/enamel coating, please note we will not clean using Oven chemicals, only using water. As this type of tray is subject to damage and can remove the coating if oven chemicals were to be applied

Our price is per single car space. For Example if it is a 2 car garage, please select 2 car spaces. The same applies for a car port or basement car park. Balcony, deck/courtyard and garage cleaning cleaning allow a sweep and mop only (where possible). Note some floors cannot be mopped due to rough surface etc and will be swept only.

Carpet Steam Cleaning
When we carry out cleaning & carpet steam cleaning on the day we will not move or touch any furniture unless client is present and moves furniture on day of cleaning. As if furniture is moved after our cleaning, most likely the area will be dirty underneath.
Please note if the property is not empty of furniture and boxes etc at time of cleaning, we will clean around the furniture and boxes. We do not move furniture around to clean during end of lease cleaning. It is not Mint Cleaning's responsibility if the property gets dirty by the removalists, client vacating property or new tenant (after or during the cleaning). If this is the case, we require the client to check the property prior to Mint Cleaning leaving the property following the completion of the end of lease clean. We suggest that cleaning should be carried out after all furniture and belongings have been removed from the property.

Please note our Quotation is based on the property in standard condition. The condition of the property may change the price upon inspection of the property on the day of the cleaning dependant on the size & the condition. If Upon cleaning we find the property to be in a very poor condition or there is additional cleaning required not discussed at the time of quoting, we will contact the client to inform of the additional costs applicable.

Please note End of Lease Cleaning involves a two-step process from Mint Cleaning Group.
- 1st Step - We carry out and end of lease cleaning
- 2nd Step - The second step occurs after the client or agent has inspected the property. If there are any items that may have been missed from the quoted cleaning or identified as needing rectification by the agent provided that it is an item in the form of the inspection report or the client identifies items, we then return to the property and ensure these items are cleaning and rectified.
Please note that cleaning will be undertaken and rectified only for requested and quoted items at time of quote. If the agent identifies items we did not quote and include in our cleaning, these will be at an additional cost.
Please note that If the situation occurs that items are needing rectification following cleaning, please do not be worried about this process as it is normal, and Mint Cleaning Group ensure client and agent satisfaction. All real estate agents are different so expectation of what is required is sometime different hence if the agent identifies issues, we will fix them.
In the event that an end of lease cleaning requires rectification by Mint Cleaning, we must be advised within a maximum of 3 days of the cleaning date to rectify any issues identified by the client or agent.

1. Blinds and Curtains are excluded of this price. However it can be added on the day at additional cost.
2. Balcony, deck/courtyard and garage cleaning cleaning allow a swipe and mop only.
3. Any Industrial cleaning requiring High Pressure Cleaning, Acid wash or Scrubbing will be additional cost.
4. Our End of Lease Packages include a 1 kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 living area/ 1 Dining and selected bedrooms and bathroom.
5. Furnished properties or appliances left to be cleaned will be additional cost with quote to be provided on the day of cleaning.
6. Utensil & plate ware cleaning if required is subject to pricing on the day of the clean. We will provide a quote prior to starting the cleaning.

If you proceed with our cleaning Services we require a 50% deposit or full payment depending on type of cleaning, to secure your day and time of cleaning.
