Please note our suggested number of hours is only an estimate of cleaning time required. The size of the property, condition of the property and number of hours will determine exactly what cleaning tasks can be undertaken in the allocated time. We do not guarantee all tasks can be completed within the estimated hours, we will consult with the client prior to starting to ensure the cleaning priorities are tended to. If the actual cleaning time is less than the estimate you pay for the actual time worked or if less than 3 hours, the minimum call out of 3 hours applies. If the cleaning tasks requested require more time than the estimate you must consult Mint Cleaning group to continue as it will be at an additional cost at the hourly rate per person per hour.
It is recommended for the clean that you are home to show our staff your cleaning priorities and once finished if you can inspect the completed cleaning job before our staff leave.
If you choose to nominate less hours than the suggested hours of cleaning we will not be able to complete all tasks requested in the form within the specified time. We ask that you enter your priorities in the next question to ensure we do our best to achieve required cleaning tasks.
Please Note for Pressure Cleaning, we do not offer any come-back fix guarantee, we encourage you to inspect the cleaning once completed with the cleaners onsite to ensure you are happy with the results. However we will not send cleaners back to redo any cleaning tasks after they leave as Pressure Cleaning is charged on an hourly rate basis.
