Please note for regular cleaning, we do not offer any come-back fix guarantee, we encourage you to inspect the cleaning once completed with the cleaners onsite to ensure you are happy with the results. However we will not send cleaners back to redo any cleaning tasks after they leave as Regular Cleaning is charged on an hourly rate basis.
Please note the minimum cleaning time of 3 hours + travel fees apply for cleaning in Googong & Greenleigh. To be quoted separately.
If you proceed with our cleaning Services we require a full payment, to secure your day and time of cleaning.
Please note that this is not a booking confirmation, it is a booking request in which we will confirm our availability via reply email. Your confirmed cleaning time will be provided one business day prior to your scheduled service.
We kindly request if you have any concerns with the cleaning, please let us know within 3 days of the cleaning date so we can provide a resolution.
