A couple of things worth knowing upfront:
- we clean the outside of the oven door glass as standard – getting between the panes requires the door to be removed, which is down to the tenant/owner/agent to arrange (and refit afterwards). And where trays have a non-stick or enamel coating, we stick to water rather than oven chemicals, so the coating isn’t damaged.
