Mint cleaning are responsive and flexible. We've needed to change our cleans regularly to accomodate our family life and they've remained patient and willing to work with us. Our regular cleaners do an excellent job and are friendly and on-time. Any time we've had an issue it's been responded to quickly and appropriately. No service is always perfect but the management do a really good job of making this a positive customer experience.

Mint cleaning is a reliable and consistent cleaning service. I get a regular clean, and have always found the service and standards of cleaning to be very good. They are able to flexibly accommodate any changes to my schedule, and are good with communication and very professional. We recently used Mint Cleaning Group for two end of lease cleans. They did an excellent Service and professionalism. Highly recommended them . They were very friendly and polite and I would like to mention the team were so helpful and nice to deal with.They were able to fit us in with very little notice. Cleaners arrived on time and the work was completed to an exceptional standard. Would absolutely recommend them and will use Mint cleaners again .

We had two lovely cleaning professionals come for a deep clean. We came home and the place was SPOTLESS, and there was exceptional attention to detail, even under the fridge! We are extremely grateful and thankful for the hard work, time and effort of the cleaning professionals. We will definitely be using Mint regularly from now on.

This is my first time dealing with the end of lease cleaning and I think I was really lucky that I found Mint. All Mint Cleaning Group staff were fantastic. Dora and Sonam are so lovely, they help me with all the questions about cleaning and the cleaning staff were so professional and efficient.I recommend Mint to the people who need professional cleaning and I definitely will use them again.

Please note the condition of the property may change the price upon inspection of the property on the day of the cleaning dependant on the size & the condition. Quotation is based on the assumption your property is in standard condition. If Upon cleaning we find the property to be in a very poor condition or there is additional cleaning required not discussed at the time of quoting, we will contact the client to inform of the additional costs applicable.

Please note our suggested number of hours is only an estimate of cleaning time required. The size of the property, condition of the property and number of hours will determine exactly what cleaning tasks can be undertaken in the allocated time. We do not guarantee all tasks can be completed within the estimated hours, we will consult with the client prior to starting to ensure the cleaning priorities are tended to. If the actual cleaning time is less than the estimate you pay for the actual time worked or if less than 2 hours, the minimum call out of 2 hours applies. If the cleaning tasks requested require more time than the estimate you must consult Mint Cleaning group to continue as it will be at an additional cost at the hourly rate per person per hour.

It is recommended for the clean that you are home to show our staff your cleaning priorities and once finished if you can inspect the completed cleaning job before our staff leave.

If you choose to nominate less hours than the suggested hours of cleaning we will not be able to complete all tasks requested in the form within the specified time. We ask that you enter your priorities in the next question to ensure we do our best to achieve required cleaning tasks.

Please Note for Pressure Cleaning, we do not offer any come-back fix guarantee, we encourage you to inspect the cleaning once completed with the cleaners onsite to ensure you are happy with the results. However we will not send cleaners back to redo any cleaning tasks after they leave as Pressure Cleaning is charged on an hourly rate basis.
